In Queensland you should only be paying for water which is over and above the alloted amount stated on your tenancy agreement. If you live in a unit you should not have any additional water costs. ...

The weekly rent for a long term lease (6 months +) will not include gas, electric or phone. But will include water and council rates.

I took the test on Monday and passed. I'm sure I'll always think of myself as a Brit, but it's a nice feeling to know that I, and my kids in particular will be able to come and go freely to the UK...

Yeah ....it's not easy when so far away! $350 will get you a nice place, you'll get more for your money in Bulimba and Hawthorne, ie more 2 beds in this price range than in New Farm, Teneriffe,...

Take a look at Teneriffe and Hamilton and across the river Bulimba and Hawthorne are also great areas, close to the river with trendy cafes, restaurants. Wilston would be my least favourite...
