Over here, in Perth, you're talking anywhere from $120k upwards for land, usually on a block of about 600+ sqm.

House....how long's a piece of string? Ours will cost roughly $160k, single story....

Hey, Alvechurch...my old stomping ground!!! The Red Lion was a regular haunt!!

I agree with you, Alvechurch is a beautiful place, you may be in for a bit of a shock when you get to Perth though....

They were great with us. The blokes that packed our stuff were really efficient and packed everything really well. They took extra care with our valuable stuff.
