Re: Booing at the paralymics

Politicians shouldn't be getting involved in sport.
Having seen the interview with the bouncy South African, he'd be getting my boo for unsportsmanlike conduct.

Re: Positive post only !!!!!

I've travelled well and lived and worked in many countries, and never felt more "at home" than since we moved here.

Re: Is NZ really that bad?

I'm...

Re: Is NZ really that bad?

Re: Shortland Street

Now, now children!
Haze loves it, I just don't talk much when it's on. However, missing an episode is a regular occurence. I just can't abide Callum's whiney whisper.
Most of my kiwi mates can't...

Re: 49 Bristolian in Torbay seeks cultured Brits for like-minded connection...

I'm quite sure that there must be herds of clairvoyant inner child minders, who screech as they leap in their NON HOMOSEXUAL dance routines.
Good idea on getting out though Eddie, any socialising is...

Re: In the July 2012 year, New Zealand had a net loss of 3,800 migrants

Re: Your attitude

You'll find a few people (mainly in Papamoa), that want that little bit of colonialism to still exist. Surrounded by natives, they sit and drink Pimms and glorify the beauty of Blighty, and long for...

Re: Any other Cornish Kiwis out there?

I went for "farewell to Blighty" drinks with my buddy of many years :thumbup:Jack in Porthtowan. Don't think it qualifies me, but sitting on the ruins of the tin mines talking bollocks was a hoot....

Re: The great kiwi pastime of shooting your mate claims another !

We met a couple a few weeks ago at a mates party.
They haven't bought ham, bacon or pork for years.
They've got half a dozen dogs, and the freezer's full of wild pork.

Re: Would I move to NZ tomorrow if I knew what I know now?

Re: Would I move to NZ tomorrow if I knew what I know now?
