We used Letton Percival for our insurance and did have to claim and had no problems whatsoever. We would highly recommend them.

Just for your info, carpets only have a 7 year life expectancy in rentals, therefore if after 5 years you get the carpets cleaned really there is not much more they can expect from you. ...
