I spoke to Virgin and Vodaphone, apparently if you can put another sim card in your phone and it works, then your phone is unblocked and will work...

Hi, when we got ours in January, it said to copy the letter and send it off to London to get visas put in, also to send it registered delivery etc.. ours only took 2 days to come back.
