Have they taken any cash out? I'd email them, in all honesty and ask a polite "what's up?"

Didn't know you had an agent involved. Maybe they can find out what's going on.

Not the norm for our clients Stephen ... your agent should be making enquiries ...

Best regards.

We put our application right before Christmas (skilled 136) and had our medical request on May 15th. Do something!!!!!! I'd be going
if I were in your situation!
Good luck!

I think luck plays a HUGE part of the process. Some cases speed along and some seem to trail in the dregs of the barrel.

After having to wait an additional year for my skills to be accepted by the ACS (previous 7 years work experience was not in the UK and was ignored ), we've been waiting since August 2003 and only received the go ahead for meds/PCC's 2 weeks ago.

Don't feel alone - The wait will be worth it in the end.

Hi, when we first put our application in July 2003. we hadn't got a case number/officer etc. we got someone to contact them in November2003 and were give our case officer, number etc. apparently we had slipped through the gaps somehow........

I would get someone to contact them asap..

Good luck

Christine

I also think this is rather a long time Think I would be inclined to e-mail them direct.
We submitted 26/11/03 and have just lodged our bond.

Is this your TRA date or when you submitted your Visa Application? If it is your visa, ours went in on the exact same date and we have lodged our bond 28th May and now awaiting visas. Get chasing my man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
