I use westpac online banking, it will ask you for a customer number which you also use for telephone banking, if you haven't used either before then
you need to call them, they are 24 hours.

We used Dolphin Pools, they build concrete pools. Probabaly looking around $40,000 (13m x 3.5m lap pool)
Husband built water feature, laid paving & put on bullnosing so saved heaps of money.
