Offer on the house!!!
Been stressing lately as house been on the market since April with no offers. A really nice couple came round yesterday just having a look so I invited them in, they hadn't make an appointment & the house was wasn't as tidy as I would have liked it to be.
4 hours later they came around with a card thanking us for letting them look without contacting the estate agents & basically they loved the house & are willing to go into rented untill we get our visas!!!!
We've had the medicals done unrequested 2 weeks ago so we are just waiting now, but by the looks of it we could be in for a long wait as dimia look to have slowed down.
Our visa was lodged & acknowledged 20th January.
We thought the stress of the visa application was stressful but the house selling was a worry too especially with the interest rates going up!
