I checked my contract and I had to give work two weeks notice. Which is what I did. I told nobody until that day. Job done :)

I also do not like the majority of news channels here in the USA.

What I do like though is Anderson Cooper on CNN, and Rachel Maddow on NBC.

Both have shows airing most nights.

For my last couple of weeks, I did some sight-seeing in my local town, and took a lot of photographs. My old home has a lot of attractions for tourists, and I enjoyed seeing these again.

Although only a card, I sent a Birthday card to a BFPO address by adding 'England' at the bottom of the address. I was only charged the postage from USA to UK and my Brother received it no problem.
