I say SELL SELL SELL, you will get your visa and the last thing you need at the end of the day is to still have your house on the market when it comes to going to Oz, one less worry one your mind.

We've been on the market since April. Changed Estate Agents once, reduced the price twice, had one offer and then he pulled out. We go in 3 and half weeks leaving it unsold. :scared:

We also fly on 12/10/05 with Cathay Pacific. Man to LHR, LHR to Hong Kong, Hong Kong to Brisbane. Good luck with your new life...
