The state Primary school at Benitachell is excellent - the village is located between Javea and Moraira if you are not already familiar with the area.

Not Tapas, and not coastal, granted, but if you fancy a drive inland the 'Verd i Vent' at Maserof is quite possibly one of the best rustic restaurants on he Costa Blanca. Take the Sierra Bernia road...

Apparently the regional government of Catalonia has all but abolished Inheritance Taxes for the majority of beneficiaries. Let's hope that this will put pressure on the other regions to follow their...

I would be in hysterics if that wasn't true of many invloved in the legal, financial and taxation profession in Spain. It's not so much that it is their fault - just that nobody in higher authority...

Perhaps one of the better options for your father to consider is to Create a UK registered company that becomes the legal owner of the house. The company appoints a number of Directors & Shareholders...

You might want to speak with a Gestor or one of these Specialist Agencies that deals with Trafico on behalf of expats and get them to do a Baja for you so the issue stops now. Not sure that you can...

Had a similar issue a few weeks back doing up my Inside & outside bathrooms. Ended up buying one from Leroy Merlin and the other one from IKEA; Roca in Javea seemed expensive for what they were and...
