Advice on puting a denuncia on someone.

As it all has started because of a business deal gone wrong, that would be the best starting point, going through those chanels, sueing for "damages" and H de Rec.

Then I suppose the others issues would then come out and be dealt with.

Always remember the old cement slipper option.

The cement slipper option is totally inappropriate for a respectable forum like this. Knuckle dusters are far more appropriate. They’re legal in Spain, as are stun guns and pepper sprays. They’re cheaper than expensive injunctions going nowhere.

Maybe I did go a bit far........as you say being tooled up would suffice. It saves money, stress and time

I could be wrong but I thought this was for complaints against large institutions, local government etc.

That is my take on it too, anything else is a "private" matter and out of their remit, but as you say we could be wrong.
