Banks, Telcos, Insurance Co's ect - I found them to be pretty good generally and some of them excellent.

Restaurants - well erm, I believe Customer Service has yet to arrive down under :thumbdown:

I spent 3 years around the Bayside area living in Redland Bay, Ormiston and Cleveland. Never heard or saw anything about drugs - but that doesn't mean that there is not stuff going on that people...

If you decide to pop over the Maroochy River, I can recommend Coolum State School. My girls went there as 9 and 11 year olds and had a great time :thumbsup:
