it came out Thursday , I don't think we will hear anything from it now . i would suggest that if ppl wanted to view they would have made arrangments for the weekend ... which has now passed .

Defo ditch the EA now.
Good luck with the rental agent. I assume that's a fall back plan? We got our EA to do a rental value as we wanted them to know we weren't going to leave it on the market forever.
I just wish the flamin market would pick up and it wouldn't matter how crap your agent was, your house would still sell.:curse:

Bummer! I thought it was one of those which was delivered on different days to different areas.

The market is dead , & my back-up plan is to rent , raise money to go by doin a sponsored Mankinithon
looking at validation dates now for around July time

Did you have a good time? Any news on the visa???Spoke to EA (both of them). All the viewings have been "the house is lovely" but no-one has been in a proceedable position.:
Had a kidless weekend. Grandparents took them out for the day yesterday. They went to Whipsnade Zoo. Today they're very irritable.::
Sounds like things are moving a bit on here.
You just need some proper viewers through the door and I bet they would snap it up. Drives you mad doesn't it?
Fingers crossed that you get more viewings soon.

Had a nice weekend thanks Fly, just family stuff and keeping out of the house really. I dont wnat my Visa any longer, I NEED it NOW!!!! Things were SOOO busy on August applcatnts last week it kind of got my hopes up, but I think Im going to be in for a long wait still.:curse:

thanks Nic, Dh has started talking about us going to stay with MIL in Belfast but tbh she is much much worse, for some reason he seems to forget how stressful it is when we go there, but she does his head in more than mine at times. He is off over there for the weekend, with my Dad on Thursday.
I have just said we cant take kids out of school yet, once we get the visa we are going to book 2 weeks over in Ireland to do the goodbye tour before we go. I have still have one client to finish with in May, poor things are so nervous they are paying me a ridiculous sum of money to show them how to care for a newborn...not that im complaining.

I am sure things will keep moving for August applicants this week hun. I feel it in my water that yours will be granted really, really soon. You must be desperate. I spent Saturday with the MIL and it made me very glad I don't have to live with her. AGHHH Not that she did anything wrong, she is just a different person to me.

Really feel for you Hayles - flamin schools - such a pain the kids have to go when you know you will be in a different education system soon.
I think it sounds like you might be out of the frying pan into the fire if you went to live with your MIL. EEEK!! 2 weeks would be enough.
At least you have your client as an excuse to stay for a while. I have the feeling that as soon as you get that visa you will be off!Will you be left at home with your sister and her b'f???? EEKKK!!

At the time we were working on our visa application and we didn't want her to know, so she slowed us down a few weeks.

yes, apparently they are out on saturday, but I will still be expected to cater to them every other day...im too soft you know! I wouldnt mind but the lazy fat wan**r comes in, has his dinner and goes home to his Mummy where she probably cooks for him too:curse:

well....funny you should say that. Last Tuesday I got a call at 4.30 to say he was coming for dinner - he doesnt usually come on Tuesdays so I didnt have enough sausages defrosted for him also, except the pack of out of date ones in the fridge oops - he complemented me on my sausages in onion gravy
