I haven't been able to get on the PC since I last posted. DD on the office one and OH on my lappy as it has been playing up and he is trying to fix it. DD's was put away ready for viewing.



EA said that this guy did the same before to someone else, so they have been black listed now. Probably won't get to see any more properties with this agent again. Which is something. Haha, I'd love to hear that conversation, sorry you can't view any of our properties because you are unreliable.

aww fly away i really feel for you mate. Itd sso so flaming annoying when you scrub and clean everywhere for them not to show!! Happened to me a couple of times or cancellations 10 mins before:curse:. Dont these people know how hard it is getting a house ready to show especially with children:curse:

Was going to ask how the house selling is going but i read the last few posts on the thread and i guess i dont need to ask!

I am going completely stir crazy over here with no internet access. I NEED to be back online but probably not going to be until March now

We had confirmation from the bank on Thursday that our mortgage has been approved and i drove past our new house on Friday and there was a big 'sold' sign stuck over the board!! Yay. cant wait to get in and get settled - still feeling a bit lost in our temp rental and without all of our things (they are STILL at sea somewhere ) anyone interested in having a nose at our new house pm me and i will send you the link on realestate! (well i will send it when i get online the next time!)

The housing market does seem to be picking up now - more viewings for most people and some sales too. Fingers crossed it continues.
