Hi All,

Went well with viewer on Friday, agent phoned yesterday to say that he wants a 2nd viewing but will ring and let her know as he is quite busy this week. But all quiet from the newspaper advertising. Hey Nic is Taylors over your way as well, didn't think they had that many offices. I can remember him starting his first agency in Halesowen, sacked him when we sold our last house, waste of space.

Didn't know you were in Halesowen - that's where OH's parent's live! Small World! We both went to King Ed's in Stourbridge... don't suppose you did too?

LOL at you sacking Taylors. Yes, they are nationwide now. They go for the hard sell - which can be off putting. I had them out to value our rental flat and they put the hard sell on me but it didn't work. Kept phoning me for weeks... If I was a buyer, it would annoy me. We used them to sell a property in Dudley a few years back and they were OK then, maybe changed their tactics?

Fingers crossed for your 2nd viewing. people don't have the urgency that we have - you just have to be patient with them.... our second viewing hasn't got back to us either. Don't know if it is a 'no' or they are just slow people... Hopefully we both just have slow people......

Well they just left.

It was an older scottish couple who were looking on behalf of their daughter who is moving from London, they were just narrowing down the choices for her.
Said they liked it and will recommend she comes and looks on Thursday when she is down - so lets see if that happens shall we?

We used to live in Hurst Green, Halesowen then moved out a little further into the country. No never went to King Eds. Mind you Mark Taylor went to Halesowen Grammer known as Earls, he has built his business up hasn't he, I can always remember the crap that came out of his mouth when he valued our last house, only used him because he was cheaper than the other agents.

Hey IC that brings back memories, used to love watching the Monkees on a Saturday morning along with the Banana splits if anyone is old enough to remember them

Glad it's not Taylors. Phew. Hopefully they have a few possibles then. TBH, they can't be any worse, so you should get better service from them. Fingers corssed and Ks sent for you!
