Would have deposited him at the Father in Laws if I had more warning but she called just as he went off to sleep - he has been having such a bad time of it this week with his teeth that I really dont want to wake him now he is sleeping - God bless baby Neurofen!

Fingers crossed for the viewing though! Just say what happened - 1 hours notice, baby asleep, sorting stuff for move. 
Michell - go with the new EA - the can't be any worse than the one you've got. BUT don't belive their guff about hundreds of people waiting. They aren't Taylors are they? They have specialist sales staff to recruit housesellers!!!

OMFG! Just watched ITV news - bloomin Minister for Housing saying house prices set to drop at least 5-10% - could get worse.
STOP REPORTING THIS CRAP for God's sake - they really want this crash to happen don't they?
We will never get to Oz, it will takes years to get over a major crash and we will miss our chance.
