Cant give much in the way of advice but with no house sales and prices falling and now the exchange rate working against those on the move I`m sure they are feeling as f***** and P***** off as me....

Sorry to be the harbinger of doom but we put our house on the market 6 weeks ago and have not had one viewing.

Have now dropped the price by £35,000 to see if we can at least get people through...
