no luck there IMHO, Magnas are good cars when you service them at 15,000 km intervals and do the belts and plugs at 100,000 km. they are dirt cheap second hand mainly because they are not trendy....

There is usually a 3 year exclusion period when you are refused a visa so you should have a reasonable chance of getting a visitors visa, the 2008 refusal should have expired in 2011.
