ime in oz now on a 457 and have been here for over 12 months. Do i just download the form 1101 and fill it in, scan it and then send the form to DIAC when requested??

It is important that the trade certificate was awarded by Trades Recognition Australia (green certificate). For example a blue electrical mechanics certificate awarded by the VTT in sydney...

you get it off ye chest lad....

You have to go back to school to do the level 3 course before you can go for your licence in NSW, but, because you got your 'mechanic' certificate you you dont have...
