A visit to Fraser Island.
We didn't camp, but it is an awesome place to go. Such an adventure.

Mackenzie lake, lake Birrabean( like Mackenzie without the crowds) and Lake Wabby.

I wish that I had bought a condensor tumble dryer before moving here. They are very expensive here. Even the normal tumble dryers are expensive

Two good schools are Meridan ( in Little Mountain) and Talara. You have to be in the catchment area for both, unless you are thinking of private school.

I can't think of any areas to avoid, maybe...

We moved to Caloundra last May. We're based in Little Mountain and love it here. It's great to live in a holiday destination! I have 3 kids 9, 8 and 5.

There is a school called Mountain Creek which a lot of people rave about. I haven't heard any negative comments. It's not in maroochydore but close enough to drive to work.

I had a bite from these flies. Its painful. I couldnt beleive it when I looked down at my foot and realised it was a fly that had bitten me !!!:ohmy:

hi if you have a condensor tumble dryer bring it if not buy one and bring it as tumbledryers are expensive here and you will need one on the days you get non stop rain!!

Normal tumble dryers...

Hi we had the same problem finding a rental. I did a print out showing the bank balance to prove we could afford the rent. also some property managers are more understanding & helpful than others.
