Just a quick question really to see if anyone can advise as to the current situation with the availability of chef jobs in Brisbane and what the 'average' wage is. We are currently awaiting response for state sponsorship from Qld and OH is concerned that in recession chef jobs tend to dry up.

Any advice would be gratefully received.
