If you are looking South & mainly costal, I suggest you take a look at Costa de la Luz & the Cadiz province and see if it suits.

Sorry, gonna sidetrack you Arsnlno1,

Look up Cadiz province. Many towns have the schools you are looking for, great beaches, countryside etc. Expats can be found in larger and smaller groups...
