You are almost right JDR. You can only be employed as a firefighter (don't know about the police) once you have passed the 'opposiciones' which is the exam required to work in any state owned arena....

I can confirm that Nueva Alegria (the restaurant next to Popeye) do indeed do a fantastic paella both to take away and to eat in at the restaurant. Often tried to copy it but never quite managed !!!

My people charge about 25€ per square meter. Depends on how much they have to do. The more there is the cheaper it is and there is about loads of colours and designs to choose from.
