Sue - just a quick note = we validated our visas in May 03 but didn't come out permanently until Nov 04... and we did get the extra baggage allowance - admittedly I had to push a lot on the phone...

Just a quick thought - we came out (Thu to Fri flight) with QANTAS with a 7 month old, requested a bassinet in addition to having bought her a seat (extra baggage allowance and extra seating room...
