Hello Guys,

Back online at last Telephone just got conected this morning so hubby has just got me set up with dial up till we get broadband on the 9th.

We,ve been here in Brisbane now for 2wks,flight from Glasgow was great,hubby was,nt too stressed(maybe because i threatened him with a slap if he didnt get a grip after take off! ) the airline(Emirates) were great with the kids too-food galore,toys & other bits & pieces,kids all enjoyed flying they said it was a bit like being in a train!
Our friend came to collect us from the airport & we set off back to thiers,in a bit of a daze!
Second day hubby went out & bought his dream car a 4x4,so he,s a happy bunny!
We rented a brand new 4bed house in Northlakes for 12months & moved in on day 5!! kitted the full house out within a couple of days,i never thought i would say this but i am sick of shopping!!
Kids started school last Tuesday & are begining to settle in,Andrew came home with a friend from school today so they are away off exploring.
Hubby starts work on the 14th so we are trying to find our way about before he starts,There is a shopping centre close to where we live so im pretty much sorted!

I dont think the reality of all this has hit home yet,we,ve been so busy we,ve not had time to sit back & take everything in,but..... we are loving it! Yeah i know its early days, but we are all fairly content just having that feeling of "We done it"!

Its great being back online! I dont want to go on & on so if anyone has any questions about our flight or our experiences of our first 2wks here-fire away!

Looking forward to catching up-have i missed anything interesting?!!
