Great post Michelle! It must've been really hard for you to leave your folks....esp leaving on your own. 
sitting on that plane without anyone there to reassure you you'd done the right thing...brave woman!!!!!
Most of us, when we board that plane have partners at our sides at what I'm sure is a 'I feel like I've swallowed a brick' moment!!
I too am looking forward to meeting you and all the other Brissy ladies when i finally get there!!!!!

Oh you should do... in two weeks time I have my "two year since WHV arrival landmark" but I think I'm all long-post'd out for another 12months or so

I went to my local Target after work last night and they were all sold out!! Although, when I got home I had a card from the P.O saying a parcel from the UK was waiting for me for collection.... perhaps its something edible
