Agree with the pain in the A$%rs@ comment. The secure card is impractical to carry with you all the time so transactions need to be saved up. They have introduced a new app which let's you review...

I am afraid that HSBC have weak customer service. Ask a banking question much beyond how many cents in a $ and they struggle. Call centre also weak unless you happen to speak mandarin as you struggle...

....it does take time to reach cruising height, however other airlines manage to get the meal service underway quicker. Not sure MAS are really better than Qantas, but are often cheaper and you also...

Public (State) schools are not per se bad, but suffer from the fact that a percentage of generally higher socio economic kids get siphoned off to the above Private schools.
