Agree with the pain in the A$%rs@ comment. The secure card is impractical to carry with you all the time so transactions need to be saved up. They have introduced a new app which let's you review balances etc with out needing the token which is a small step forward.

The bank unfortunately is over the top in several areas. Often there are so many procedures the staff do not know what to do. It recently took 6 weeks to receive replacement credit cards through incompetence, re issuing cards and also resetting pin numbers (despite being asked not to in a message which was recorded) on their own initiative and outright lies from some members of staff.

The upside is that they paid a few hundred $'s compensation but I would have liked to get the cards issues correctly first time.

Same can happen with any bank but I seem to get more glitches with them than I do with Westpac and CBA
