I must admitt sometimes i look back at south devon life , but i think it is with rose tinted glasses, as when i check the local papers i see mainly doom and gloom, and crime, and shops closing...

years ago i used these to move to canada

someone told me they move stuff for uk forces personel when they transfer abroad

not sure if it was true but they did a good job

Not moving back myself but someone i know is,

eventualy it was to be vancouver due to better employment possibilities

Used it it a few times, but last year, pre booking didnt work on the way out, didnt recognise my CC, but the kiosk operator phoned the supervisor and i got out ok
wasted a bit of time but...

i think its great, seems to run on fumes not gas :)
had an occasional clunk, on fast pull away in 1st,when wet, but had the mods done free by the dealer.

my main reason is my motorcycles dont fit on the roofrack or in the trunk of my focus hatch :)

Well with those salary figures mentioned I should in theory be homeless and unable to run vehicles or go on holiday, not living comfortably
