hi everyone,
well, we are finally getting pi***ed off!!!!
We are now looking into plan b, which is, rent out our property and go with our savings. We will not be looking to buy in gold coast for a while, we will rent for a while to sus stuff out.
we will have to leave a few quid
in case the renting goes tits up!!
we will just have to remember that 1 day we will have our money and be able to be more comfortable.

It's a bugger isn't it? At least you have plan B. You know, that the minute you start spending money to get the house ready to rent out, you'll sell don't you? That's the way it happens. Somme gave up and booked a reccie and she got a buyer a week later.

yep they always send the charmers, mine was very eton boy with slip on shoes
, didnt think he was that yummy but god he could sell rugs to the turkish so i signed right there and then.
