Fees paid, do I fill in receipt myself?

I've just paid my fees, got the e-mailed receipt printed. Do I fill in the receipt myself? All that's on it is a reference no & I don't kow if I should fill in my details or if CIC do that?

When we go to Canada (me as a citizen by decent) I will be the one working as himself can't due to injury. It's not possible that he'll be fit to return to work at any point & it's looking likely...

I understand why the OP's 1st choice would be to have her Mum with her & minding the kids, I just don't understand why it's the only choice iykwim. Her Mum could go out, stay 6mths & help get the OP...
