Default employment history

hi,I'm filling in the forms for the family stream for residence in alberta and need to fill in my work history but have had many jobs in last 10 years that I dont remember half!! Does anyone know the best way to get hold of previous employment history? Sounds daft but have also moved a few times and want to be specific with dates and addesses, so if anyone knows the best way to get hold of this information too, I would be really grateful. I didn't realise I'd have to go back as far as when I was 18yrs old with all this info!!! thanks in advance tony

Ring your tax office & request the details? Or whoever collects your NI contributions?
