Your right, I have had a look and I am 5 points short. If I look on the 489 I will have enough points. Does the 489 have the same 28 day rule?

It would be Western Australia. I think I have read 457 subclass in this area we would not need to pay school fees. I think majority of health care employees offer this visa by the looks of it....
