From what I reckon, many expats trek the SE/E part and many are nice areas like Glen Waverley,Mt Waverley,etc... Houses are cheaper the further you go like Ferntree...

Glad to know my choice of suburb is ok - Essendon North. Particularly valuable if you look at the crime rate rating esp since we have kids. Not much open space, well, probably, the trees took over...

If you have a tracking #, better check it with the courier's website. Follow it up also personally with the courier. Its a passport so it must be treated with utmost priority.
