Depends on what qualifications/experience you have, and whether you already have Australian (or NZ) citizenship, or a migration visa.

For job opportunities you could try the job websites like http://www.seek.com.au or http://www.mycareer.com.au
Also take a look at the Australian websites of some of the Big Four accounting firms, like http://www.kpmg.com.au or http://www.pwc.com
CIPFA is recognised by the ICAA (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia) for migration purposes, but you won't find that many employers in Australia are familiar with it. If you want to enhance your career prospects in Australia then you should plan to do the CA Program and become an Australian CA after you migrate. http://www.icaa.org.au has the details.
The website http://www.liveinvictoria.vic.gov.au may also be useful to you
