hi guys! Anybody used this website to book temp accomodation?

I've used it a couple of times. It's basically the property owners who advertise their own businesses on the site. You send an enquiry then the owner will contact you direct so I suppose it depends who you get. We have had no problems and found it a very useful site.

I've used it a few times. All the places I've booked have been great - some fantastic, others merely good!
Had no problems with reliability, but as they are all private lets then I guess it's luck of the draw.

Hi Hannah, we are short term holiday accommodation in Rockingham and we advertise on Stayz, but some people who have stayed with us have booked north of the river and have shown up and it has been a bad house in a bad area, so as the last person said it is luck of the draw. I have found them as an organization very professional and helpful for the small business. Hope this helps you. Suzette. There is actually a comments section on the property so if someone has had a bad experience I am sure they would put it on there.
