I can completely understand why expats want to move back to the UK - there are lots of good things about England that you only appreciate once you have left. I have only lived in Spain for 6 months...

another bank holiday...!

I would recommend a trial period if possible, before you jump in with both feet, as it's sometimes difficult to tell whether you feel you could 'live' somewhere as opposed to being on holiday there....

For winter comfort food, nothing beats a big fat jacket potato, baked properly in the oven for a good couple of hours till it's all crispy....nice and fluffy on the inside with loads of butter, salt...

Thanks! I have had a browse round Ibiza town a couple of times but always ended up getting lost and everywhere seemed to be a bar or a bank! :D
