I'm cooking tonight, and thought I'd share our somewhat traditional regional menu with you all:

Patatas fritas "al horno"
Huevos fritos

...and for afters...

Melocotones en almíbar con natillas calientes

I've always wondered why Spanish menus sound so wonderful...

Can anyone beat that?!

Muslos del pollo del ajo y del limón, cebolla de las carnes asadas, pimienta, patatas con maíz y guisantes.

Apparently.

Risotto, love it.

Sausage, egg and chips followed by Peaches and Cream, doesn't sound as exotic in English does it?.

Well done. I was being totally innocent - honest. I am at work and that was on the menu in our delightful eatery! That's Leeds for you.

I'm not sure, but I think you can get a cream for that you know.

OMG, I thought you could only get an orgasm from pie and mash, but it turns out that is not the case. Went out for dinner to day and had "plato de mariscos" if it lives in a shell and hung out in the sea then it was on my plate.

I thought I had died and gone to heaven, if you can, visualise that scene from "When Harry met Sally" and the lady said to the waiter "I'll have whatever she had" well all the ladies in the restaurant were begging for some of the same. Mal was so eager to get home but alas I did what I always do after good sex I went to sleep, still there's always another day.

Well I was really looking forward to my dinner tonight stir fry with noodles and prawns and clams. Opened the bag to clean the seafood and the stench hit me.
So straight into the bin. Not the same noodles and veg. Thank you Carrefour.:curse:
