Dare I say this " Ye olde English shope" does cadbury selection boxes, have to be honest I don't know if he has them in yet as it has been a wee while since I was last there. I'm off to Gib next week I could get you one in Morrison's, pop it into a jiffy bag and post it to you, of course you may not fancy it then....not quite the same is it.
There is a very nice curry house here, two actually, a young Indian lad and his Spanish wife run one of them, he cooks the best prawn puree I have ever tasted, such skill in such a young person, how I would love for him to come and live with me

Reading this thread has reminded me Im starving,could just tuck into a nice curry .............but roast chicken is in the oven and its only just gone in so will have to starve awhile longer

Just finished, sausage mash, onins, thick gravy, bread and butter to mop up!

For winter comfort food, nothing beats a big fat jacket potato, baked properly in the oven for a good couple of hours till it's all crispy....nice and fluffy on the inside with loads of butter, salt and pepper mashed in....YUM!
(shame in our local supermarket they only seem to sell tiddling little potatoes)
