With regards to the certified copies, you'll need them for the ARTC application, but i've not needed any...

Not 100% sure, but it could be the charges for royal mail international signed for (£10) , and courier delivery(£20). Try calling them to clarify the difference in costs..

Mine is to a W.A. address, any idea when they process those ones? How did you find out by the way, that NSW are processed for the 16th??

When was your application submitted? Mine is at TRA now, and i had a letter acknowledging it dated the 2nd May.
