I can't confirm this because I haven't checked but Ihave been told by a number of people that UK gas engineers/plumbers with CORGI quals can have their competencies recognised and presumably...

Only certain trades can be assessed via ARTC, I don't think plumber is one of them.

We used White and Co. I 'm sure they are based in Dunfermline, Scotland. Their head office is Hillsons Road, Botley Southampton SO30 2DY. They packed up our gear and loaded the container....

You may want to consider flying into Launceston if you want to come to North Tassie, it's a bit bigger than Devonport...

I think the answer is to route the incoming signal via the AV socket on your TV. This can be through a video or a digital receiver.
Some TVs are easily converted while others(like ours) would cost...
