Super good. Very sports focused, one of the partners worked as a physio for Cirque Du Soleil for a number of years. I would strongly recommend them.

Blackfoot Crossing (http://www.blackfootcrossing.ca/) is pretty good. About an hour from Calgary.

Of course it it closed at the weekends October - April, making it near impossible to visit if you...

I couldn't comment on Winnipeg, but I run year round in Calgary. I know they get long periods of seriously cold weather, but it can get pretty cold in Calgary too. Running upto -15c is pretty easy...

That'll be the reason I didn't see you in Varsity! I did look though...

It was a cold day, but dry at least. I finished the full marathon in 3hrs 28min, not bad for my first attempt at that...

We use Citywide Paving at work for repairs to parking lots, sidewalks etc. 403-287-8685. They are pretty reliable and inexpensive.

Do you use a sand filter? If so, it is probably discolouraion from the new sand. They should have rinsed it to waste for some time before putting it onto recirculation. It should go in a day or two....

Whilst it is useful to have passport numbers, if you fly with some airlines (and are a UK citizen) sometimes they will fly you back without them. Three years ago we lost two of our families passports...

Landed 5th April 2007, OH was working in her caereer (nursing) within a week, I was working for a great employer four weeks after arriving.

Happy with our home, neighbours, community and friends....

Is the Country Inn the motel by Smitty's / the railway line. We did a week there a couple of years ago between our condo rental and house purchase.

I would have happily spent the extra $20 / night...
