Austria and Germany have strict rules.

In Germany eg you now need tires with an "Alpine Symbol", the old M+S (Matsch und Schnee) is no longer...

We live in a 30 km/h zone but the only street where people follow the law is one with "sleeping policemen". They can't do this in the other streets because they are used by buses too.
