They are in one of the brit schools. We have no complaints currently, but there are mixed reviews on the older year groups and there is a fair bit of churn when kids get older and boarding school...

Not all visas require a degree. Your HR team will simply apply for a visa which doesn’t need a degree or get a degree exemption.
