I have been told that brokers are the best way to identify available apartments to rent. I have a good budget to spend so does anyone have recommendations for a decent broker (if there is such a thing!)?

Dont think there is such a thing as an English speaking estate agent - def a gap in the market!

you could ask a Saudi colleague to communicate on your behalf. All compounds will have an English speaking admin obviously, but you'll have to do the rounds at each one.

Are we to understand that most non-compound listings on platforms like Property Finder might not link you to an English-speaking real estate agent, even if the listing is presented entirely in English?

you might get lucky, but generally yes.

There is an app called AQAR which looks like it may be good. You can change the app to english.
