Default Igama - dependants

Hi

I want to add my dependents to my Iqama so they can visit easily. Do they need a medical after arriving? I read somewhere that this has been stopped.
I think its just yet another expense for nothing when joining NEOM

my wife had the medical in London, but didnt need to have the medical in KSA. Kids dont need a medical at all.

For family Iqama - if the wife/kids are out of the country for more than 6 months, will Iqama still be valid?

dont know. That’s probably one for your HR. It would probably be easier and less hassle to get a family visit visa.

wilkobury, I noticed on a previous post you mentioned you were able to get your family over on your Iqama without a degree. Do you mind me asking how you managed this , did your HR department help with this? I would have messaged you privately but being new to this forum I’m not yet allowed ! Many thanks
