Hi All
I am just wondering what the charges are in Aus/Queensland for selling a house ie estate agent fees. We got 1% plus VAT here in UK. If anyone can shed some light on any other costs...

me and the Wife (back then girlfriend) spent a few days there in 2001. It really is as nice as it looks. Definatley not for kids, takes a couple of hours to walk around the island.
