If that's too much $$ then you may be SOL. I can't imagine anyone in US doing one for less than $50 and a used one at that.

I wouldn't bother, they claim on the website they will insure/quote with US license, got through to reception said I need quote with US lic, they said they don't insure so they transferred me 3 times...
