I just got up and watched this item from NBC television network about jobs that can't be filled.

Saw this the other day. People better get in on the action while its hot. As great as it sounds right now, it'll be bust in 20 years when the wells run dry. Then the county will find itself a ghost town virtually overnight, but then it'll have all those empty houses and unused facilities to deal with. Booms aren't sustained indefinitely.

Sure it's a boom but it's work right now that will get a lot of people back on their feet.
